CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 convened March 4–8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada, U.S., and ESCO was there in full force. In fact, ESCO has been exhibiting at the show for more than 50 years. Held every three years starting in 1925, CONEXPO-CON/AGG has become the largest trade show in North America, including 2.35 million square feet of exhibits, more than 130,000 attendees and 2,400 exhibitors over the course of five days.
Adding to the excitement, several stars from the TV show Gold Rush joined us in our booth to sign autographs, pose for pictures, and meet booth attendees. Customers, vendors and fans had a great time with Jack and Todd Hoffman, “Dozer Dave" Turin, Jim Thurber, Freddy Dodge, and Kevin Hiatt.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG is not only a great place to exhibit new products and services, but also an excellent way to reinvigorate relationships with current customers and engage with new customers.
Kirk Yoresen, Global Marketing Manager for the Construction & Industrial Division said, “During my 35+ years at ESCO, some of my greatest memories include meeting face to face with customers at tradeshows, hearing their success stories and having the pleasure of introducing them to our new products and services to continue the cycle of customer value.”
ESCO Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Jon Owens, said, “CONEXPO provides an excellent venue for ESCO to listen and collaborate with key distributors and customers around the world. It is the perfect venue for building and maintaining long-term relationships.”
