Whether in the foundries, engineering, the laboratory, shipping, maintenance, sales, marketing, the mailroom or upper management – ESCO people are valued, rewarded and inspired. We invite you to join us and discover what ESCO can do for you.

ESCO Named One of Oregon's
Most Admired Companies

In 2006, the Portland Business Journal sent surveys to more than 2,500 CEOs across Oregon asking their opinions on the greatest companies in Oregon, based on such attributes as:

  • innovation
  • quality of goods and services
  • community involvement
  • quality of management

As a result of the survey, the business community named ESCO Corporation as one of the top ten "Oregon's Most Admired Companies" in the Traditional Manufacturing category. Being named among Oregon’s top ten Most Admired Companies for 2006 affirms what ESCO people have known for many years:

  • ESCO is a great place to work and is the customer’s choice for quality, value and speed.

  • ESCO is committed to employees' health, safety and development.

  • ESCO is a source of innovation, definitive information and customer-focused support.

  • ESCO is a valued member of the community and a generous participant in neighborhood activities.

  • ESCO is an environmentally and socially responsible company that values sustainable practices.

  • ESCO provides employees with on-going training opportunities, tuition reimbursement and leadership development initiatives.

  • ESCO offers competitive salaries, medical and dental benefits, 401k matching, life insurance and other location-specific benefits.

ESCO rewards employees based on the quality of the work they do and the contributions they make without regard to their race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, disability, veteran’s status or other protected status. ESCO promotes a working environment free of intimidation and harassment generally, and on any of those factors specifically. As individual employees, we have the right to expect a positive working environment, along with the freedom to speak out and ask for change if we observe conduct that runs contrary to these principles.
