Blauwiekel joined ESCO in 2005 as the Vice President of Human Resources, with responsibility for overseeing all human resources strategies and functions for the company’s global operations.
Following graduation from college Blauwiekel worked for Eaton Corporation for 16 years in a variety of increasing responsible human resources positions. He moved to Cooper Industries as the Vice President of Human Resources for its Cooper Automotive Division, a global manufacturer and supplier of automotive OEM and aftermarket parts. He also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Shiloh Industries and then Teledyne Technologies, both mid sized publicly traded companies. Prior to joining ESCO he was the Vice President of Human Resources for Ingersoll Rand’s Infrastructure Sector, a global manufacturer of construction equipment and golf and utility vehicles with brand names such as Bobcat and Club Car.
