Since 1983, Bechen has served as president and CEO of PacTrust, one of the Pacific Northwest's largest real estate developers and investment property owners. He also served as president (1979-83) of Pacific Realty Trust before it became Pacific Realty Associates (PacTrust).
Bechen received his BA and MBA from Stanford University and is currently involved with the Urban Land Institute (Industrial and Office Park Development Council) and is an Oregon Episcopal School Board trustee.
Peter received both his B.A. and M.B.A. from Stanford University.
In addition to serving on the ESCO Board, Peter is involved with the Urban Land Institute (Industrial and Office Park Development Council) and is on the Oregon Episcopal School Board of Trustees.
