As CFO, Huey oversees all financial and accounting operations, including auditing, taxes, corporate treasury and risk management. The CFO also provides key corporate leadership and support in matters regarding acquisitions, joint ventures, licensee agreements, new ventures and strategic planning.
Huey joined ESCO in 1970 and has served in several key positions related to finances, accounting, taxes, administrative services, information systems, corporate treasury, and financial analysis and planning. Huey has been CFO since 1984 and has been integral in several corporate transactions – including debt and equity recapitalization and the strategic acquisition and divestiture of various companies and corporate groups.
