A fourth generation member of the Swigert family, Snow began working at ESCO as a summer intern and moved on to the Plant 3 mold and core room. He then worked as an inside salesperson in Portland and Europe and eventually as Inside Sales Manager for ESCO Europe. Snow also served as Administration Manager of TCoM (Turbine Components of Mexico), an ESCO Turbine Technologies subsidiary, and Site Manager for the Integrated Manufacturing plant in Guaymas, Sonoro, Mexico before returning to Portland, OR where he now works in the EP supply chain team.

Snow received his BA from Middlebury College in 1996. Before joining ESCO, Snow worked as an intern for Elecmetal in Chile and as an employee of OSG Ferramentas de Precisão, Ltd. in São Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French.
