As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Thomas oversees the company’s legal department and coordinates all of the company’s legal affairs. He advises management and the Board on its legal and fiduciary responsibilities and is actively involved in the company’s compliance program. He was named Vice President in 2009.
Before joining ESCO in 2003, Thomas served as a corporate lawyer with the Portland law firm of Stoel Rives LLP. He earned his A.B. from Wabash College, his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, and his Executive MBA from the University of Oregon.
