ESCO's Hydra Mining Division has used its many years of experience in designing and manufacturing carbide products for the civil engineering industry to develop a range of abrasive blast cleaning nozzles that are manufactured and stocked at its Rotherham site in South Yorkshire.
Available with a choice of liners in a number of styles, lengths and bore sizes. Hydrablast™ venturi nozzles are available with either a 32mm or a 25mm diameter entry. Although nozzles in our catalogue are shown with the more popular large (4.5 tpi) locating threads, nozzles with fine thread (11.5 tpi) are also available on request.
To ensure a long working life Hydrablast nozzles should always be located in an approriate nozzle holder using the gasket supplied. This gasket should then be replaced at the first sign of wear.
