Main Frame Cone Crusher Liners

ESCO also fabricates Main Frame Liners and inserts that provide an economical alternative to OEM parts. Our selection of ESCOALLOY™ 400 and ESCOALLOY 500 plates, and chromium carbide overlay plate offers a wider choice to address wear protection.

  • All liners are made to order.
  • Shipment is generally 10 days ARO.
  • ESCOALLOY 500 plate outwears OEM (A514) by two to three times.
  • Liners can also be built to customer specifications.

Proper Fit is Important
ESCO places great care into its cone crusher parts, and every ESCO mantle and bowl liner is machined at the frame-fit surface to tolerances that meet or exceed those of the original equipment manufacturer. Customers are assured of a proper fit and correct support in the frame.

Get a Grip with ESCO
Does an oversized rock occasionally enter the chamber? Does the material fail to grip in the top chamber? For these and other crushing challenges, ESCO has the solution. The ESCO gripper slot bowl liner is specifically designed to permit oversized rock to enter the chamber and keep the feed opening clear. The specially ribbed mantle helps begin the crushing process higher up in the chamber for cobblestone and river rock material that is typically difficult to grab. The result is more even wear and improved production.
