Wear profile analysis allows ESCO crusher experts to design mantle and bowl liner parts in combinations to optimize each crusher requirement. ESCO can recommend parts that help increase production rates, produce more consistent end product, reduce recirculation, and end up with less throwaway metal.

Working with ESCO to provide key information will result in a customized set of liners to optimize production and increase wear life.

Follow these simple steps:

• Send wear pattern tracings of worn mantle and bowl liner to ESCO.
