Special Application MaxTemp Steel Plate (SAM)

Special Application MaxTemp Steel Plate (SAM) – SAM is a heat-treated alloy specifically developed for heavy duty loader and excavator applications. Impact resistant, wear resistant, and easy to weld, SAM is uniquely suited to handle the punishment large production machines dish out. SAM is available for weld in straight, spade, and modified vee base edges.

Carbide Embedded Blades

Significantly extends wear life in moderate impact conditions. This product is produced by embedding carbide particles into a heat-treated base metal, bonding the metals together forming a unified steel with greatly enhanced wear properties. All ESCO carbide embedded products are fully warranted to provide cost-effective service in factory recommended applications.
