ESCO offers the most complete line of snow plow edges, frame shoes and moldboard shoes for every make and model of snowplow and wing – all with the well-known Bucyrus Blades quality. All edges are precision punched for quick and easy mounting and are produced from only the highest quality steels. Plows will keep running longer, with fewer changes when they’re equipped with ESCO snow plow blades and shoes.

ESCO snow plow products are available in the following alloys:

• Carbide Embedded Blades - May greatly extend wear life in moderate impact conditions. This product is produced by embedding carbide particles into a heat-treated base metal, bonding the metals together forming a unified steel with greatly enhanced wear properties. All Bucyrus Blades Carbide Embedded products are fully warranted to provide cost-effective service in factory recommended applications.

ForgeTemp^® Steel Plate - High carbon steel designed to provide an unmatched balance between resistance to abrasion wear and impact protection, making it one of the best total values in snow plow edges.

• Surfaced Hardened - Made from high carbon roll-forged steel. The wearing surfaces are then flame hardened giving extended wear life over conventional steel edges in low-impact situations.

• Carbide Inserted - Virgin tungsten carbide inserts are placed into milled grooves along the bottom wear surface of the edge giving it unmatched wear resistant properties and making this blade ideal for high speed highway plowing.
