ESCO offers Toplok shrouds to fit a wide range of lips from wheel loaders, load haul dump machines, hydraulic face shovels, hydraulic excavators, dragline buckets and shovel dippers.

Toplok shrouds are field proven, cast with through-hardened ESCO alloys and ideal for abrasion and impact resistance. ESCO Toplok is a fully mechanical shroud system consisting of a pin, boss and shroud. Toplok shrouds provide excellent lip protection, while maintaining penetration.

The EverSharp shroud system offers the reliability and reduced maintenance of a through-hardened cast steel shroud mounting base. The easily replaced base protects the lip by absorbing the brunt of impact during digging.

The system also enhances safety, by using a hammerless locking device. The EverSharp LHD lock is easy to use and extremely reliable. The lock is held firmly in place using a Torque Wedge™ pin, and is installed and removed with a ½" (13mm) hex head tool.
