ESCO offers Toplok shrouds to fit a wide range of lips from wheel loaders, load haul dump machines, hydraulic face shovels, hydraulic excavators, dragline buckets and shovel dippers.
Mechanically Attached Shrouds
Toplok shrouds are field proven, cast with through-hardened ESCO alloys and ideal for abrasion and impact resistance. ESCO Toplok is a fully mechanical shroud system consisting of a pin, boss and shroud. Toplok shrouds provide excellent lip protection while
maintaining penetration.

Maglok Shrouds
Maglok shrouds are a fully mechanical and hammerless system that delivers superior lip protection for a wide range of mining buckets. A simple three-step kit is available for easy conversion to the Maglok system.
- Cast in high strength alloy steel
- Safer: no hammers or welding needed
- Extended bottom leg for extra lip protection
ESCO Maglok shrouds for Whisler 10 and 12 dipper lips are cast with high strength alloy steel and are available hardfaced with chrome or tungsten carbide for extended wear life to reduce overall cost.
Pin-on Shrouds for WH10 and WH12
ESCO offers a complete line of cast alloy replacement lip, corner and wing shrouds. All shrouds are cast with high strength alloy steel.
Each shroud is designed to perform with lighter weight and longer life, contributing to the overall performance of the bucket shovel.
