Toplok Shrouds

ESCO offers Toplok shrouds to fit a wide range of lips from wheel loaders, load haul dump machines, hydraulic face shovels, hydraulic excavators, dragline buckets and shovel dippers.

Mechanically Attached Shrouds

Toplok shrouds are field proven, cast with through-hardened ESCO alloys and ideal for abrasion and impact resistance. ESCO Toplok is a fully mechanical shroud system consisting of a pin, boss and shroud. Toplok shrouds provide excellent lip protection while maintaining penetration.

Whisler Plus™ Shrouds

ESCO engineers have developed the Whisler Plus shroud package to complement the popular Whisler Plus adapters. It utilizes the same hammerless technology to make shroud replacement safer and easier than ever before.

• Includes wing and center shrouds for full lip protection
• No modification to the lip is required for conversion
• Hammerless for safer and easier change-out
• Reduced maintenance for lower operating costs
• Uses the same tools for installation and removal as Whisler Plus adapters
• Locking system is stronger than the standard c-clamp and wedge
