Cast in premium ESCO alloys, the EverSharp lip system is not only tremendously strong, but provides increased safety and excellent performance. The Posilok® Plus tooth system, with its hammerless locking device, is standard and offers improved safety, reliability and penetration. The EverSharp lip bottom and shroud are moved up and out of the wear path to reduce wear and improve loading with a more efficient bucket curl. The results: reduced maintenance, improved fuel economy and better productivity.

In the Loadmaster family, the XDP lip was developed for the larger more powerful loading machines found in the aggregate and mining industries.
 The Loadmaster XDP lip base is made from T1 plate and comes standard with ESCO Super V tooth equipment and Toplok fully mechanical shrouds. The major difference with this lip is the fully cast corners, which provide greater strength for more demanding applications.
