![]() AMSCO® Maxi-Pro Line Production Master® The Production Master shovel dipper is a rugged, field proven bucket that has stood the test of some of the toughest mines in the world. From coal to dense iron ore, the Production Master dipper digs efficiently. The "high wing" style cast lip improves loading and lowers maintenance costs. Additional durability is provided by the hoist lugs integral to the shell of the dipper. The ESCO Production Master shovel dipper bucket is built and fitted to match the conditions at various mining operations. Features and benefits of the ESCO Production Master:
When operating buckets from 20 cubic yards capacity to 56 cubic yards capacity, the AMSCO Maxi-Pro line of dippers will ensure greater productivity and efficiencies in operation. Optimizing the ratio of the width of the lip to the depth of the bucket, these Maxi-Pro dippers retain time-tested features of standard AMSCO dippers; field tested pear shape design eliminates voids or hard to fill areas inside the dipper. This design coupled with the straight-line interior make dumping faster and cleaner. AMSCO dippers benefit from being made of manganese castings in high wear areas. The advantage of structural castings is used to its fullest. Large compound radii, integrally-cast strengthening ribs, high strength box sections, and integral lugs and hinges are designed to optimum thicknesses. When weld joints are necessary, they are designed into low stress areas for maximum durability. AMSCO Maxi-Pro Parts ESCO engineers studied the wear characteristics of dippers to eliminate relatively short work cycles and lengthy repairs. Their solution: develop a dipper, every area of which is designed to wear to the point of repair at approximately the same time. The result is a dipper that typically performs in the field 5,000-8,000 hours without downtime for maintenance. Combined with ESCO field and in-house testing capabilities, you have a bucket harder than ever to beat.
