Wheel Loader Buckets

The ESCO XHD FEL bucket offering includes the “Heavy-Duty (HD) FEL bucket.” Combining the new ESCO HD bucket with the existing XHD bucket design now provides the market with a selection of FEL buckets to suit any application. This ranges from an HD option with bolt shrouds and flush-mount adapters right up to an XHD bucket with fully mechanical tooth, adapter and wear protection systems.

 The HD and XHD buckets are available in straight or spade lip designs and range in size from 6-23 yds3. Other sizes are available on request.

Buckets are available with a wide range of lip designs and options:

• HD - Bolt-on shrouds with flush-mount adapters; Loadmaster and Loadmaster HDP lip systems
• XHD - Loadmaster, Loadmaster HDP and Loadmaster II lip systems (Zipper Lip system also available on request)
• The wide profile and low design of the bucket allows it to fill faster and more efficiently; combined this with the see through rock spill guard, the bucket also offers excellent digging and dumping visibility
• ESCO Super V tooth system is standard on all buckets, and a wide range of tooth shapes ensures optimum selection to match customer application
• Toplok lip and wing shrouds provide faster change out, reduced downtime and cleaner floors at the face; combining the characteristic flush cut of the Toplok lip shrouds with the wide profile of these buckets, you get unsurpassed tire protection and dramatically reduced wheel spin when loading at the face
• Cast alloy corners are contoured for strength and better material flow (XHD buckets only)
• Kwik-Lok II wear protection system is available in a variety of sizes and layouts to match any application (XHD buckets only)
