• Pacal Carbon – High carbon, roll-forged steel plate designed for highly abrasive, moderate impact conditions.

• Carbide Embedded Plate – Significantly extends wear life over conventional edges in moderate impact conditions. This product is produced by embedding carbide particles into a heat-treated base metal, bonding the metals together forming a unified steel with greatly enhanced wear properties. All Pacal Blades carbide embedded products are fully warranted to provide cost-effective service in factory recommended applications.

• Flame Hardened FH62 – Produced from high-carbon, roll-forged steel. The wear surfaces are then flame hardened, providing extended wear life over conventional-steel edges in low-impact conditions.

• Carbide Inserted – Virgin tungsten carbide inserts are placed into milled grooves along the edge’s bottom wear surface, giving it unmatched wear resistance and making this blade ideal for high-speed highway plowing.
