Rotor and End Disc Caps ESCO has a wide variety of spider rotor caps and end disc caps to fit all styles of shredders.

The rotor caps are available in full helmet, two pin position and T-cap styles. Disc caps are available in U-shape and fully capped styles for maximum end disc protection. All designs are enhanced over OEM versions for improved strength and durability. Tough ESCO alloys further increase the performance.

Liners and Miscellaneous Wear Parts Liners and supporting wear parts are designed to provide maximum equipment protection, even in the most severe applications.

Liners are available in ESCO manganese or alloy steel to optimize wear protection, including infeed chutes and downstream conveyors. Replacement drive roller bars with E3^® carbide overlay are also available. ESCO manufacturing expertise ensures a consistent fit to ease installation and ensure performance.
