ESCO Corporation Announces VP of Human Resources

Portland, Ore. — ESCO Corporation (ESCO) is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Blauwiekel, Vice President of Human Resources (HR). In this newly created position, Nick will be responsible for building and developing an effective and efficient global human resources organization that will support the strategic and tactical needs of the ESCO businesses.

Nick comes to ESCO with over 25 years of HR experience. His expertise includes developing performance management processes, HR strategy, global talent management, compensation and benefit strategies and organizational development. Nick most recently worked for Ingersoll-Rand Company as Vice President, Human Resources Infrastructure Sector, and held previous senior level human resources positions with Teledyne Technologies, Inc. and Shiloh Industries, Inc. His HR career started with Eaton Corporation in 1979 following his graduation from Michigan State University.
