ESCO Introduces the Contractor's Grapple

The newest addition to ESCO Corporation's extensive offering of excavator attachments is a Contractor's Grapple line. The ESCO® Contractor's Grapple is available in models for use with the ESCO Multi-Pin Grabber™ coupler and direct pin-on models.

The ESCO Contractor's Grapple differs from other grapples because it is completely constructed from Hardox® AR450 material. The 450 Brinell hardness of this plate steel provides excellent abrasion resistance, and yield strength of 174,000psi for toughness.

Versatility is achieved with configurations for demolition, scrap processing, rock handling, and land clearing. Choose from grapples with tines in 3/2, 4/3, or 5/4 combinations and maximum openings ranging from 78" to 146".

The ESCO Contractor's Grapple line is available for machines from the 12 metric ton class through the 40 metric ton class. The pin-on version of the ESCO Contractor's grapple offers pins and bushing that can be changed to configure the grapple for other excavators with the same product range (12 to 15 ton, 20 to 25 ton, 30 ton, and 40 ton).

Pin-on versions of the ESCO Contractor's Grapple can be converted to a coupler version, and the coupler version can be converted to a pin-on version by changing the unique adapter plate, giving the ESCO Contractor's Grapple the utmost interchangeability.
