ESCO Corporation Announces Director of Compensation
Portland, Ore. — ESCO Corporation (ESCO) is pleased to announce the addition of Dave Brown, Director of Compensation to the Human Resources (HR) team. In this newly created position, Dave will have global responsibility providing leadership and guidance for ESCO’s compensation and rewards programs.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and has taught in the area of compensation with WorldatWork, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the University of Portland. He has also had several articles published on the subject of strategic compensation.
