ESCO Corporation Aquires TecoMetrix, LLC

ESCO Corporation is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of TecoMetrix, LLC of Tempe, Arizona. The acquisition moves ESCO into precision modular manufacturing focused on serving high technology clients. ESCO depth of resources and experience will support TecoMetrix in its ongoing, aggressive sales growth (300% in the last two years).

TecoMetrix is a precision modular manufacturer serving the semiconductor capital equipment industry, aerospace, medical, and general industrial markets. An ISO 9001 certified company; TecoMetrix provides integration and testing of electro-mechanical modules, precision machining, and the management of complex bills of materials. The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers TecoMetrix serves rely on TecoMetrix just-in-time delivery and high quality work to help their businesses succeed. TecoMetrix 100-plus employees, including Gary Pinard, as President and Jay Berens as Vice President of Business Development, is the first company in the new ESCO Technology Group. As a member of this group, TecoMetrix will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of the ESCO Corporation. TecoMetrix employees will remain in Tempe.
